We will coordinate and determine with you the best remedy – either a return or replacement. You may return your unused order within 30 days for a full refund including original shipping charges.

If you choose to make a return, please contact STRUCTUREbags to coordinate return shipment. Depending on the nature of the return, or if you return an item without contacting STRUCTUREbags, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Some orders require that we receive the product before issuing a refund. This will be discussed and coordinated when you contact customer service.
